Responsibilities: • Organizing and packing products into bundles according to specifications. • Ensuring that all items are packed securely and safely to prevent damage during transportation. • Checking the quality of products before packing to ensure they meet company standards. • Maintaining an accurate record of all items packed and any discrepancies noted. • Coordinating with other team members to ensure packing tasks are completed in a timely manner. • Keeping the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment. • Assisting in inventory management and reporting any shortages or excesses to the supervisor. • Adhering to company policies and safety regulations at all times. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment would be advantageous. • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or errors. • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items. • Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
